Instruments for the economic measurement of law

One for the case, one for the portfolio, one for the tax reform. None states more than its input can show.

QPC-01

How much can be at stake in this dispute?

Measures the contribution lost to a dated event, against a declared counterfactual, brought to the base date. It separates what is already due from what is still an assumption, and shows which assumption weighs most.

LEQ-01

How much is at stake in your portfolio of disputes?

Adds central values, never extremes. It shows where exposure concentrates, how much of the variation is unexplained and which cases need a better number.

IS-01

Keeping the IPI burden in the Selective Tax: what does it cost in excess?

Compares the two readings of the same promise of neutrality, on the rate and on the burden, year by year to 2033. It does not say which holds: it measures the distance between them.

What holds for all

  • The calculation runs in the browser. Nothing about the case is sent.
  • On opening, the page checks the calculation against cases from the sealed model.
  • Where the input cannot support a number, the instrument refuses and says why.
  • LEQ-01 reads QPC-01’s output and cannot add information it did not have.
